Creation Features of the Lego Organization History

The company began to expand in to new frontiers of the gadget industry. Four decades ago LEGO did start to target ladies with the launch of furnishings and dollhouses; in 1974 this introduced their first human being figures, known as Minifigures; and in 1979 this expanded in space with sets presenting astronaut minifigures, rockets, lunar rovers and spaceships. The Scala series debuted that same year, a line of earrings elements directed at young girls. This period also saw the creation of a control structure, with Godtfred Kirk Christiansen’s son Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen connecting to the bureaucratic staff and working to modernize the company’s manufacturing methods.

The 1972s also noticed the introduction of a system that allowed customers to pick certain bricks they needed to purchase and create their own versions, rather than purchase pre-made equipment; this was popular with adults, as well as children. In the same decade, Lego branched out into medieval territory considering the Castle look, and in 80 the company added its first train sets to its collection.

In 1989 Lego introduced the Pirate subject, and with it lots of pirate ships, a brief history of the creation of the lego constructor desert islands and treasure. The company also expanded its variety of facial movement, adding beards, eye bits and lip stick in addition to the standard two sight and laugh. Some more mature Lego coin collectors resented these kinds of changes, choosing the more simple faces of earlier products.

As Lego expanded to a huge multinational corporation, completely to find ways to satisfy the demands of the big name buyers like Focus on, Wal-Mart and Toys ‘R’ Us, which in turn demanded larger selections and faster shipment times. To keep up with these demands, the company started to reduce total production moment for new products by causing more usage of computerized assemblage systems.
